Ordering Process

All order inquiries must go through the website form
An inquiry does not hold your order date, a 25% nonrefundable deposit must be paid to secure your. date
The deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice
The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice
Reference photos are for design inspiration only; I do not copy another's work but will put my decorating style into the design

Pick up & Transportation

Pick up times are exact with a 10 minute grace period if running late
After the grace period has passed, you will be charged a $20 late fee which is due via cash or Venmo before leaving with the order
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your pick up time based on my availability
The date you provide in your inquiry is your pick up/delivery date; early pick up/delivery availability is not guaranteed
Please keep in mind it is important to drive carefully with your order
Cakerybake is not responsible for any damage to the order once pick up has been completed

Order Cancellation & Changes

Changes to your order must be made before the due date stated on your invoice
Cancellation of your order can be made before the due date stated on your invoice (the deposit will not be refunded)

Photography & Social Media

Cakerybake reserves the right to photograph your order before collection
We reserve the right to post any photography or videography taken by us to our social media pages
